The Ministry of Health is a large government organisation with thousands of employees throughout Fiji, so where possible, we encourage you to register your complaints as close as possible to the source of the issue. There are systems in place at all our health centre’s and hospitals to register complaints. By following this process, you are much more likely to get a quick and satisfactory resolution to your problem. Your grievances will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
